He is a nationally known authority and speaker on business profit enhancement, turn-a-rounds, cash flow management, business brokerage and business appraisal.

Mr. See has a strong systems, operations and financial background and because of this, considers himself a business “generalist.” He understands the need to view business from the stand point of practical day-to-day operations as opposed to theory and conjecture. He understands the very real world of business. He is known for his ability of taking companies with nonexistent or marginal profits and through operational and financial analysis, pin-point the root causes affecting the marginal profitability and then develop, install, train and manualize the process of the corrective measures necessary to return the company to profitability. Having been the Chief Operations / Financial Officer of multiple medium-sized corporations, he fully understands the impact of cash flow and profits, and the commitment to team work that must be built to be successful in today's environment. Due to this experience, he brings a very unique and “real-world” level of experience to all The TASCON Group projects. From direct experience, he is able to factor in the variable human element of your employees, who are many times reluctant to change, into all of his recommendations and project implementations helping assure successful project completion.

Our Mission

  • It is our intention to provide our clients and customers with exemplary consulting services and products while maintaining total confidentiality and the highest business ethics during the process.
  • We will be honest in our analysis and valuation of our client's subject business and give our clients an unbiased opinion of our findings although it may not be what they want to hear and sometimes may be painful to accept.
  • We will always give our clients more than expected. We understand that our most important role as consultants to business is to do more than just make recommendations to our clients of needed corrective actions and we will educate and train our clients as needed in those areas where deficiencies are found to allow our clients to become totally self-sufficient in those prior areas of weakness and allow them to more successfully manage their business.
